Freight Charges:
Freight varies from product to product and can be dependant on geographical delivery region. We will make any adjustments in our final quote to you before you confirm your purchase.

Claims for Incorrect or Faulty Goods:
Claims for incorrect or faulty goods must be directed to us within 5 working days of delivery.  Please note that incorrect goods are considered goods supplied that are not as described in the store, not goods that you have decided you don't need any more.  Once you have advised us of the problem we will endeavor to have it corrected as soon as possible and will advise you of how the problem is to be resolved.

Return of Excess Items:
The cost of returning excess items supplied in most cases exceeds the value of those items.  Eco Supply Depot does not accept items for return unless they are faulty.
